I have this string (shown here with context from gettext file [1]):

#. CXFcL
#: Addons.xcu
msgctxt ""
"Addons.xcu\n"
".Addons.AddonUI.OfficeToolBar.LibreLogo.OfficeToolBar.m09\n"
"Title\n"
"value.text"
msgid "Set editing layout, format program or translate it into the language of the document"

Question: what means "format program" in this context ? i.e. how can a program be formatted ? Or,
how can a program be translated "into the language of the document" ? At first glance it makes no
sense to me.

Where can I see this string in action ? It seems (?) to be related to something called LibreLogo or
something like that, however, I looked superficially at an extension with that name [2] and I
didn't found such string as is (in English).
