bullets and numbering dropdown list, which is related to the issue I

Maybe you mean the defined bullets and numbering syles as shown in the
xml files here:

You need to make the change in the source code: clone the code, build
it, make the changes, then rebuild so see the effect. Before doing
that, I suggest you file an enhancement request on bugziila and cc
your language team members and seek their review and approval. If you
are not able to do the changes in source code, you may download a copy
of that xml file and make changes in the file directly, then upload
the new file to that bugzilla report and asking someone else to commit.
