Maybe you mean the defined bullets and numbering syles as shown in the
xml files here:
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/tree/i18npool/source/localedata/data
You need to make the change in the source code: clone the code, build
it, make the changes, then rebuild so see the effect. Before doing that,
I suggest you file an enhancement request on bugziila and cc your
language team members and seek their review and approval. If you are not
able to do the changes in source code, you may download a copy of that
xml file and make changes in the file directly, then upload the new file
to that bugzilla report and asking someone else to commit.
You may take a look at the change log for zh_CN locale for reference:
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/log/i18npool/source/localedata/data/zh_CN.xml

Hi,
In the LO write, we have a different Numeral format for
bullet/footnote/endnote/pagenumber of different language.
Can you please suggest how a new Numeral of a new language can be added?
Thanks,
Sudipta
