[libreoffice-l10n] Guarani Linux vs Windows

Hello I just installed the 5.3 version of LO on Windows and my Ubuntu machine. I've noticed the translation for the home screen in the Windows version it still in English, even though I have done the translation. On my Ubuntu installation it looks fine. I don't know if this has something to do because I installed the Windows version on top the old 5.2 version? I'm attaching two files so you can see the difference.
