Why do translators never ever provide concrete examples?

...and not the downloaded copy?

has been mentioned couple of times that when you do offline
translation and upload files those changes aren't properly reflected
and that the export then might not contain all changes.

so please give concrete examples that you think are untranslated, but
not available in pootle.
