[libreoffice-l10n] Guarani 4.4

Hello everyone

Few weeks ago I requested if Guarani 4.4 could be removed from Pootle 
but I got an answer saying they were going to do it soon. The Guarani 
package made its debut on version 5.0. I don't think 4.4 is necessary 
anymore.
