if not allready part of the end-user-string (did check on v.4.3.7 in "Tools - Options - LibreOffice

Graphics Output" section but didn't find this string) , why not simple add the subject to adjective?
example: "blacklisted openGL drivers"

Indeed we should find better wording (same for OpenCL blacklist/whiltelist).
Blacklist contains drivers that are known not to work. Whitelist is
the opposite: the list of drivers that are known to work. In
translation you can try to explain it, if the target language does not
have similar term.
