Of course in the normal builds the translations are updated, just
*between* those, they are not updated. So the daily builds provided by
the tinderbox don't have newer translation than the last build that is
available from the pre-release download page.

So for every build for which there is an announcement to the
mailinglist(s), there's updated translations. but for the daily builds
that are also available from they don't
include update translations.

Sorry for not being clear about that.

So the latest build you get from pre-releases (or from where the builds are
provided shortly after being first made available on )
will have the most recent translations you can get without building a
version of LibreOffice yourself.
