I don't know what the reason is why it failed, but replacing

dbaccess/uiconfig/ui.po
filter/source/config/fragments/filters.po
sc/source/ui/StatisticsDialogs.po
scp2/source/ooo.po

by manually synced copies made it complete. Nothing special about
those, at least not on disk - so I guess some old suggestions in those
files made it fail.

4.3.1 rc1 is scheduled for this week, so give it a spin today (but
there will be rc2, so no need to hurry)
