OK, got lost, how can I install qtz UI-language on a Windows LO4.2.4
install?
You can't. The Key-ID language is not in the regular release builds.
A keyID build for 4.2 line is available from the link I pasted earlier
( http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/tmp/4.2_keyid/ ), for 4.3 you
could use the alpha1 (but not on Windows XP - but users shouldn't
really use that anymore anyway).
For 4.3 there'll soon be fresh keyID builds, and I'll then also
provide Mac OSX keyID build (or better ask Norbert to upload that as
well :-))
ciao
Christian
