Can confirm from commandline - it is the same problem Andras did hit
back in LO 3.x days:

Coincidence or not, but it stopped first in cui - the project that
causes some messup in other langs - maybe there's some broken
string/translation that seriously confuses pootle.

Also strangely enough, just running the command again did process
further, but still did abort with the useless (as it doesn't give
/any/ clue about what unit, what file, template or
languageproject,....) error message "Unit matching query does not
exist."

So I did ran it again and then it completed.
