Yes. One is for 'be', the other for 'be-BY'. I'm not sure why we have both
and which one is used in the website,
Builds were labeled inconsistently/use of be vs be-BY changed between
versions, so that is why both were listed.

Yes, it is now only "be", be-BY should not be used anywhere where it
would matter.
committed & pushed the space change as well as the removal of be-BY string
