One of collegues provided link to ODF pages which also doesn't say anything about integer and formula is working with all types of numbers.

Microsoft Excel help pages may be misleading, too, because they describe
Excel, not LibreOffice. The best it to make some experiments and read
the ODF specs. It seems that LibreOffice accepts real powers but not
complex powers. I fixed the help text accordingly in master. Thanks for
