Hi :)
Is this something the 'international'/English Documentation Team should work on?  If so then it's
likely to be a looong time before it gets updated.  It's a small team with a long wish-list of
things it wants to work on.  Do people ever read ReadMe files?  I know we should and i'm sure some
here do but most office workers seem to have not even heard of them or think they are just for
geeks.

If this ReadMe is used and is useful then please just ask the English Documentation team or let me
know and i'll ask (i'm already on their mailing list but just not very active)
Regards from
Tom :)

Subject: Re: [libreoffice-l10n] String in need for changes

Hi,

Do we really need to touch the version number for each release? Now we
have libreoffice4.0-freedesktop-menus-4.0.0-103.noarch.rpm. The
sentence in readme says
"libreoffice3.3-freedesktop-menus-3.3.1.noarch.rpm (or similar)". For
me the new name is similar enough to the old one.

Having 3.3 in readme suggests that we do not update readme very often.
This is true, and this may be a problem. But changing only the version
numbers would not help IMHO.

Regards,
Andras

The desktop-integration directory also contains a package named
libreoffice3.3-freedesktop-menus-3.3.1.noarch.rpm (or similar). This is a
package for all Linux distributions that support the Freedesktop.org
specifications/recommendations (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free

provided for installation on other Linux distributions not covered in the
aforementioned instructions.
