[libreoffice-l10n] Untranslated dialogs

Hi Andras

Just to make sure it will be addressed before final release: I have many
untransalated strings in my (localized) master build (actually 4.1).

It seems that these untranslated strings come from the new UI widgets
that replaces hrc/src files. My concern is that I can miss to catch in
those obscur dialogs of exotic features (for 4.0).
