2012/6/13 Andras Timar <timar74@gmail.com>Hi, 2012/6/13 Martin Srebotnjak <miles@filmsi.net>:Hi, I have a question about two new strings in LO360b1, about their meaning/function. Both are from the UI, from sc/source/ui/src.po: 1) Interval to be calculated. Can be \"d\", \"m\", \"y\", \"ym\", \"md\" or \"yd\".(scfuncs.src#RID_SC_FUNCTION_DESCRIPTIONS1.SC_OPCODE_GET_DATEDIF.7.string.text)Should "y", "md" etc. be localized or left as it is?Do not localize them, those are parameters of the function. See also http://spreadsheets.about.com/od/excelsdatefunctions/ss/2012-05-12-excel-date-difference-function.htmI guess that this could be translated. For portuguese excel it is localized.
LibreOffice does not accept anything else but "English" parameters. See http://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/sc/source/core/tool/interpr2.cxx#412. This may cause a problem with Portuguese excel tables. If you have compatibility problems, please file a bug, and CC Eike Rathke.
