You're quickest route now is to start the install file again, choose Modify and then make sure you pick Custom and select Khmer, not English in the dropdown under "Additional language packs".

That's precisely the reason why I'm sticking with the old fashioned download page because I made sure that people know about this before downloading. (See http://gd.libreoffice.org/faigh-greim-air/)
