Hi Abyldek,
I have set up ky-CN language in Pootle, and seeded it with an empty
"LibreOffice 3.5.x – UI" project. You should be able to start working on it
now. The URL is https://translations.**documentfoundation.org/ky_CN/**
libo35x_ui/<https://translations.documentfoundation.org/ky_CN/libo35x_ui/>.
I have made you the administrator for this locale, so if you find more
people wanting to assist you, you will be able to grant them appropriate
rights yourself. You can still ask us to do that, of course.
If you haven't subscribed to the l10n list yet, I advice you to do so.
Announcements about new releases ready for localization are sent to this
list. Also, any questions or concerns that our localisers have are usually
discussed on this list. To subscribe to it, just send an empty message to
l10n+subscribe@global.**libreoffice.org<l10n%2Bsubscribe@global.libreoffice.org>and follow the
instructions you will receive shortly afterwards (check your
spam folder if you can't find them). Also, as I mentioned before, please
add yourself as the ky_CN team leader to the table on our wiki page:
http://wiki.**documentfoundation.org/**Language_Teams<http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams>(or
we can do that, if you want).
Regards and good luck!

Hi! I am Adylbek.
I would like to be the maintainer of Kyrgyz (China) language (RTL
language).
My Pootle account is "Beles". I will start Kyrgyz-Arabic (ky-CN)
translation of libreoffice on Pootle.
Regards,
Adylbek

I guess the correct codes would be ky-Cyrl and ky-Arab, but since
LibO
doesn't support BCP47 codes yet, I guess we'll have to use ky-KG and
ky-CN instead...
Perhaps the easiest way to start localizing LibO is to use Pootle
(https://translations.**documentfoundation.org/<https://translations.documentfoundation.org/>).
I (or anyone else
with
admin rights) can bootstrap ky-CN there. Should we do that?
Regarding other information: if Adylbek decides to start localizing
LibO, it would be nice to have him listed in our wiki as language
maintainer for ky-CN:
http://wiki.**documentfoundation.org/**Language_Teams<http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Language_Teams>.
Regards,
Rimas
