Hi,
I downloaded and played with LO331RC1 multilang for Windows (and Slovenian
helppack for Windows).
Here are my findings:
Sorry, I pressed "Send" too soon, here is the rest:
B3) Readme files are only text, not html. Since this file contains many web
links and e-mail links, as well as headings etc. it is not worthy of space
reduction not to include html readmes.
B4) The page that explains the help topic is not found on the help wiki is
in English, even if another language is selected:
http://help.libreoffice.org/swriter/.HelpId%3Afindbar?Language=sl&System=WIN
This should be localized in the language of the wiki help.
B5) Wiki help does not use localized help images that are part of LO/OOo
help. A simple test: put cursor in the Style listbox in the Writer and press
F1. Localized wiki page opens with the "Default" picture, whereas it should
display the localized "Default" picture.
B2, B4 and B5 show again that the new wiki help concept is not satisfactory
yet so this build still isn't something to be recommended to international,
non-English users. It is subpar to the help in OOo.
Please check if this is the case also with your language.
Thanks,
m.
