Another locale file. After creating the glibc locale, I tough I have
done the work :)

My priority is to create a locale file for the CLDR Project
(http://cldr.unicode.org/index) in february. After that I will do my
best to get trough the ooo process linked above. I think the CLDR locale
files are the way to go in the future. Eventually LibreOffice could
adapt it somewhere in the future?

I understand. I will write an update to the list once I got trough the
ooo process.
