Hello Denis,
There is no deadline announced. In my opinion you can submit your
translation any time, and it can be included, if it does not break the
build (I'll check this).
After 3.3 Pootle will be set up for all strings. I recommend that you
use this Pootle server to manage your po files. It will be announced
in libreoffice-l10n list.
Best regards,
Andras

Hello Andras,
Thanks for confirmation.
I prefer send you sdf file (even not completely translated) because I
work with a lot of opened po files. And I don't know which one have been
changed at end of session.
It should seem odd but it permits to compare the translation in all
files.
I will have a new file to commit but we still work on it.
No deadline yet ?
Thanks again.
Best regards,
Denis

Hello Denis,
Your submission from last time was integrated. More precisely I managed
to collect only new and changed lines from your sdf file, and I
committed that.

If you have additional corrections, you can send me those as well. You
can also send me your po files.
Basically the command you used was correct (providing that you were
working with the latest en-US template). BTW you need the en-US
template, because po files do not contain all information. I don't know,
why you got a smaller sdf file than the one in the l10n repo. Probably
it's because you don't have all strings translated.
Best regards,
Andras

Hello Andras,
I used this command (translate toolkit) to get the sdf file from my po
folder :
po2oo -l br -t en-US.sdf --nofuzzy po br_FR.sdf
I tried without the template option and this error :
po2oo: warning: Couldn't handle input file
filter/source/config/fragments/internalgraphicfilters.po: don't know
what to do with input format .po, no template file
Here are the three names I would like to appear in the translation
credits : Philippe Basciano-Le Gall, Alan Monfort, Gwenael ar Menteg.
Actually only Alan Monfort is still working on LibO translation.
Thanks a lot for your attention,
Best regards,
Denis

Here is a new breton translation file (mostly correction)
http://drouizig.org/images/stories/meziantaou/openoffice/pakadaou/br_FR.sdf
What exactly did you send us? Corrections only? It also contains en-US
strings, too. It cannot be committed and pushed in this format. Please
give us some explanations on how you generated this file, and I'll
certainly help you to put your corrections where they belong. For
corrections we can also use the src/sdf folder in the main (build)
repository.
Some people worked on this translation and I would like their name
appear in the translation credits. What's the way to do this ?
Where are these translation credits? I don't remember if we have
translations credits in the source code.
Best regards,
Andras
