It contains the additional strings that aren't part of OOo (a diff, if you
like). This will be changed post 3.3 though.

The reason I ask is that we have done a lot of translation work on 3.3
that was never sent to OpenOffice.org. Is it too late to include this
in LibO for version 3.3? If not, what is the procedure e.g. just file
a bug report on LibO bugzilla?
