Note that you might need to relax the test a bit, like in
https://git.libreoffice.org/core/+/a640676e06bdab3471f5c9f04dd9403bc66ddc22%5E%21/#F8,
because now we convert the radius from EMUs into 100ths of mm on import,
then back on export - thus a conversion error up to 1/2 of mm/100 (180
EMU) may appear.
