Hi!

I am struggling with a regression I introduced to LO.

As it turns out there seems to be a wrong SvxULSpaceItem setting for a small drawing line in the footer.
The UL attribute claims there is 13500 twips upper AND lower space around the line. I think this is a bug and causes the regression.
Since I am not familiar with doc / ww8 import: Where are the upper/lower space attributes of a drawing line set?
