Yes I checked that yesterday.
Now I am running on cygwin shell and it's giving the error as file not 
found for dev/core.

    install_cygwin.ps1 completes you should |run C:\cygwin\Cygwin.bat|
    to launch a cygwin command window prompt. All the rest of the
