Not really, you did it incorrectly, and gmake/gbuild silently ignores the 
error. You forgot the unittest name, see e.g. 
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/tree/vcl/CppunitTest_vcl_gen.mk#n32 
on how to add boost headers correctly.
