use of DBG_UNHANDLED_EXCEPTION

Hi Noel,

I hope you can help me solve a problem with DBG_UNHANDLED_EXCEPTION, as in your commit 
48fbfe38f60de (5 April 2018).
I tried to use DBG_UNHANDLED_EXCEPTION("chart2", "Exception occurred : " << e);
in chart2/source/view/charttypes/VSeriesPlotter.cxx,
just as you used it in stoc/test/testconv.cxx (and 3 other files in stoc/test).
It won't compile.

Do you remember/know if my attempts are useless, or that I need something extra to make it work?
