Building Error ./autogen.sh

hi,
        I receive this error. how can I solve this. 

configure: error: Package requirements (gstreamer-0.10
gstreamer-plugins-base-0.10 gstreamer-pbutils-0.10 ) were not met:

No package 'gstreamer-0.10' found
No package 'gstreamer-plugins-base-0.10' found
No package 'gstreamer-pbutils-0.10' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables GSTREAMER_0_10_CFLAGS
and GSTREAMER_0_10_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
