Whichever tests that are, them proclaiming success is apparently notaffected by setting a locale not supported by the OS.

The only place I could identify using an en_US.UTF-8 locale issolenv/gbuild/UITest.mk (passing it through some LIBO_LANG, apparentlyto be used as LC_ALL in uitest/libreoffice/connection.py). I'maddressing that now with <https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/63360/>"Use C locale in UITest".
