Looks like external/libatomic_ops/UnpackedTarball_libatomic_ops.mkmisses a call to gb_UnpackedTarball_update_autoconf_configs. See itsdocumentation in solenv/gbuild/UnpackedTarball.mk and uses in otherexternal/*/UnpackedTarball_*.mk for details.
