NO. That is not a good idea at all.

If you develop your application to actually be an "extension" to
LibreOffice, it would make sense.

But otherwise, VCL is solely for the use of LibreOffice. It just does not
make sense to try to use it in another application.

(Besides, LibreOffice does not really consist of several "apps". There is
just one LIbreOffice process running (soffice.bin) even if you have
different kind of document windows (Writer, Calc, Impress etc) open
simultaneously. The phrase "office suite" is just marketing.)
