I've reworked the comment there to better match the current state. I
had just split the comment when I split the resources into the
translatable bit I left in .src and the non-translatable bit I moved
into .cxx

I wasn't aware there was external documentation elsewhere about it,
though I couldn't update the other projects wiki for the changes in our
one.
