Hello,

I'm going to apply for the Google Summer of Code again. This Year I
want to work on "Infrastructure for defining toolbars via .ui (Glade)
files". This is a continuation of Samuel Mehrbrodt's work which
introduced NotebookBar [1].

The goal of this task is to create a new toolbar implementation that
allows dynamic layout of widgets. Benefit of this project will be easy
way to modify whole UI - just changing the .ui files which can be
produced using graphical tool Glade. It will be possible to place
advanced widgets in the toolbar as easily as normal buttons. Toolbar
will be context sensitive and also will handle priorities in case of
missing space.
