Nitpick, but true none the less: if this is really what you guys want to do, it
should be DATA AVAILABLE INSUFFICIENT instead -- or DATA PROVIDED INSUFFICIENT.

And how exactly this differs from plain "INSUFFICIENT DATA"? Are there
any other data relevant to the bug than those PROVIDED by the reporter /
triagers (i.e., AVAILABLE in the bug)?
