Thanks :) After some struggle I managed to finally compile it.
I found I had to ignore config.h.W32 and build_w32.bat and use
configure/make instead.
Nice :-), could we perhaps upload 64bit version to
http://dev-www.libreoffice.org/bin/cygwin/ too?
I am confused, do people build make themselves or don't use 64bit cygwin.
