Package building reduces the lifetime of the SSD drives

There are a lot of copy operations before to package LO. I propose you copy
the files to package into a temporary ramdisk.

Creation of 1GB ramdisk in OS X:
$ diskutil erasevolume HFS+ 'LORAMDisk' `hdiutil attach -nomount
ram://2097152`

Deletion:
umount -f /Volumes/LORAMDisk
hdiutl detach /Volumes/LORAMDisk
