So either no file is generated or it is not being generated in $(pwd). I did

Hm, no idea off the top of my head if there's any cwd involved there.Another angle of attack could be to instead use "unopkg add" to installthe extension, and see if its output gives more of a clue. (Maybe afterremoving remnants of previous attempts at installing the extension, see"unopkg list" and "unopkg remove").
