· *Ribbon Interface Option* for using the LibreOffice Like it’s
there on *KINGSOFT OFFICE OR WPS OFFICE (Both are free)*.
Why don't you use them then instead, if they are more to your liking? We
won't mind.
There is no lack of (more or less obvious) ideas for features and changes
needed in LibreOffice. There is also no lack of people who oppose any more
or less radical UI or functionality change (open source is all about
choice, everything must be an option, yadda yadda), and no lack of wannabe
visionaries to tell what others should work on.
What there is a lack of is developer resources, and the way to get those is
funding. Typically by buying support for a large number of LibreOffice
seats from a company specialising in such support, or by hiring people, or
assigning people already working on something else, to work on LibreOffice.
Which might be useful for Libreoffice as becoming the office application
for Next Generation of People like me.
Sorry, but vague feelgood reasons like that won't have much effect on
actual development work.
(Obviously I talk only for myself, etc etc.)
