* Release Engineering update (Cloph)
    + 4.1.4 RC1 - November 25th
    + 4.2 Alpha 1 status
        + already released, on dev-builds website & announced to the testing ML etc.
        + Beta 1 - a bigger announcement.
    + 4.2 Feature freeze is Nov 18th.
        + next week / Monday
    + at-risk items for 4.2
        + IAccessible2 - David trying to get something in for the 4.2 branch
        + track-changes toolbar: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47677
           [ merged, needs some new artwork ]
        + new charting pieces (Markus)
           [ at risk for 4.2 freeze ]
        + expert config page - still ~infinitely slow needs fixing
           [ really need a callgrind profile of some sort ]
AI: + create a 4.2 MAB and attach a callgrind profile.
           [ is this related to a11y being enabled ? (mst) ]
           [ if so need a MANAGES_DESENDANTS tweak for that (Michael) ]
        + sifr icons (Ahmad)
           + theme already in for 4.2 - more artwork coming after the freeze
    + 4.2 MAB count ...

    + Adam Fyne
    + Andres Gomez
    + Jacobo Aragunde Pérez
    + Miguel Gomez
AI: + write welcome mail (Miklos)
        + please review / push other's gerrit commits
        + seek input / review if in any doubt
AI: + send E-mail addresses to Norbert (Miklos)
AI: + poke Igalians about attending ESC (Michael)
* Gerrit backlog (Bjoern)
    + more people with git push access may help
    + Miklos working on reviewing writer patches
    + some of the patches already have comments asking for more work, but no '-1'
    + less than 50 patches
       +
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/q/status:open+project:core+branch:master+-label:CodeReview%253C%253D-1+-label:Verified%253C%253D-1,p,0028eb44000019c3
    + if all ESC members review 2x patches all should be well.
* Performance
    + Journalist cannot actually reproduce slower start from article, no measured disparity
    + turn on mergedlibs & LTO for Windows - any objections ? (Michael)
AI: + turn on & see how it goes for 4.2 (Tor)
        + Thanks to Jesus for offering to review vs. 2010
    + mail merge:
        + AFAIK Pierre-Eric had a rough look at that already
* Crashtest update (Markus)
    + cf. http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/crashtest/
    + need to do a new build / but build-issues in the VM
* INPATH removal (Michael S)
    + reminder to people to rm -Rf workdir/unxlngi6.pro ? ;-)
       + otherwise you'll chew a huge amount of disk-space.
AI: + tinderbox admins - should clean their disks too, and
      update to the very latest tinbuild2 script to get
      up-loads right.
       + windows + Mac already fixed by Cloph
       + inpath fixed for Mac by Norbert too.
* l10n package split building in 4.2 (Bjoern)
    + A heads up, I'd like to push in:
       https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/6660/
    + shouldn't break anything; sorts work into l10n vs. non-l10n
      build bits, to allow parallel building of l10n thus splitting
      the work / disk-space requirements (also: e.g. security fixes

     without rebuilding and redistributing all l10n)

* Certification progress (Kendy/Bjoern/Stephan)
    + consensus / approved all proposed candidates.
* Bugzilla attachment mis-categorisation (Michael S)
   + tons have a broken mime-type, cf. type churn from dtardon/mst
   + lots of text/plain even though they are binary documents.
   + auto-detection for mime-types was disabled in bugzilla for a
     period of time - until Tollef re-enabled for LibreOffice (Markus)
      + a historical problem; could have a script to fix all of these,
        but it would spam ~everyone in the world.
   + looking at the docs manually (Michael S)
      + accidentally stumble upon non-integrated patches too.
* QA update (Robinson)
   + Rob is working on automated stats collection & presentation.
      + if developers want some stats from bugzilla - can you
        mail the QA list with suggestions.
   + weekly 'need_advice' bug ping for help:
     + https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59125
     + "VIEWING: Characters are shown multiple times when using line breaks"
     + We're having trouble reproducing this issue, but do have a
       screenshot showing the problem.

    + https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64499
      "Goalseek does not get answer although Excel has no problem on same sheet saved in xls format"
   + https://bugs.freedesktop.org/page.cgi?id=weekly-bug-summary.html
     +157    -111    (+46 overall)
      + QA triagers report TDF Tinderboxen (Win, Mac, Linux) were not
        uploading daily builds for a few days (45, 46, 47, 48)
        (also non-TDF tb-39, 42)
       + fixed Tinderbox 39 (Kendy)
          + other tinderboxes seem to be fixed as of now.
          + also needs latest tinbuild for instdir fix (Cloph)
    + Can we script to catch tinderboxes that are not up-loading (Robinson)
       + could be possible, and can mail authors (Cloph)
       + hard to know if tinderbox is deliberately not up-loading (Cloph)
       + every tinderbox has an E-mail address for maintainer in the log (Thorsten)
          + QA are encouraged to just poke them if not up-loading
       + dmg change: distro-config updated by Stephan (Norbert)
          + if tinderbox using distro-config, would have got the right thing
          + if not using distro-config - prolly should to avoid breakage.
     + Bugzilla migration is coming along well
       + https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bugzilla/LibreOffice_Bugzilla_Proposal
       + ETA is ~Q1 2014
       + Tollef working on it wrt. setting up a KVM VM & services & cloning the DB,
           + step #1 - keeps bugzilla on freedesktop infrastructure.
