So recent work for OSX builds on the bridge code for NSAccessibility
fdo#54320 <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54320> was pretty
quickly superseded by work on fdo#67410
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=67410> which offers the more
correct patch.

Posted too late for todays Gerrit digest, but looks like the earlier commit
needs to be backed out, and replaced. Should be OK for 4.1.1.0 RC1--but, too
late for 4.05.1 RC1, but this needs a triple review to make it into the
4.0.5 RC2, right?

Could folks have a look at these code reviews and approve/commit?

Reviews for 4.1: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/5277 (and the revert
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/5278 )

Reviews for 4.0: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/5279 (and the revert
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/5280 )
