just uploaded a very recent LO debug build (from the last Hackathon, June 16) with that endless loop fix applied [1]: http://ostrovsky.org/libo/LibreOfficeDev_4.2.0.0.alpha0_Win_x86_archive.zip It is built on Windows 7, MSVC 2010, JDK 7, debug mode.
