without going beyond 75 chars and with no wrap neither.

Since urls have fixed-length, I put them at start to ahve ~aligned things.

Attached is the patch, because dev-tools does not have the Change-Id
hook (apparently).

Pushed as:

As for the hook -- it needs to be setup manually as we have no canonical "make"
that does this in hiding, but then you can use gerrit on it just like any other
repo (or you can just push to refs/for/master, which will reject the change but
give you a proposal for a change-id that you can 'git commit --amend' then
quickly)
