That was my aim at some point.
It's in bin/lint-ui.py at the mo.
Don't know enough about git commit hooks and whether if it was there it
could prevent legitimate commits that need to be a bit hacky at this
stage (there are a few).
Maybe a make uicheck? Again, don't know enough about such things :D
