I did a quick grep on /var/log/mail.log, and it seems that you have the IP or vm2.documentfoundation.org entered as smarthost. Can you try entering localhost and send a test message?
It looks like Postfix doesn't recognize the sender to be local, therefore blocking relaying at all.
