There are occasionally those who just like to build and develop with
LibreOffice only on Windows, and only using MSVC. Admittedly none of us
core developers work that way, but I've seen or heard of many would-be
developers who only develop software on Windows only, and with MSVC
only. Those folks are normally not receptive to the suggestion that
they should switch to Linux (or Mac OS) to hack on LibreOffice.
