[PATCH] EXTMAXPROCESS is not defined in gbuild, use GMAKE_MODULE_PAR...

I have submitted a patch for review:

To pull it, you can do:

EXTMAXPROCESS is not defined in gbuild, use GMAKE_MODULE_PARALLELISM instead

causing make to be run with unlimited jobs, breaking the build with with
"libtool: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable" or similar errors
