thanks, pushed except for one patch that moved stuff in some
foo/qa/unoapi around, making it inconsistent with other qa/unoapis;
investigation revealed that the Test.java that used to be in every
foo/qa/unoapi is obsolete nowadays and can be removed.
also i've converted the extensions/qa/unoapi to gbuild and enabled it,
in case it fails for someone it should be disabled again :)
