i'm not familiar with the database part of ODF, but i could imagine it
contains meta-data like column descriptions and such;
For embedded HSQLDB, the database directory contains the database
itself, in "pure" HSQLDB format except... the files are renamed from
e.g. ".script" to "script". So just properly SHUTDOWN in HSQLDB and
update those files in the ODB file.
