I setup a watch for project core with file:^sc/ but that change did not
show up today in Watched Changes. Or is it that is:watched status:open
has no hit if there exists already one review? The change has Status
Review in Progress.
I think the file: match only works on change upload (not later) for now. That
makes it a bit nasty to debug. But #gerrit on freenode should be of help here.
