Either Alcoholics Anonymous, or Action Item :-) depending how difficult
the task is that people volunteer for the meaning varies ;-)
It's a simple way of trying to track the few things in the project that
really rather need doing, and annoying people by reminding them each
week that such a thing should prolly get done sometime.
